Do you offer linen hire?

Yes. We offer bed linen and towel hire alongside our laundry service, so you don't need to purchase and manage your own stock.
Do you provide laundry services for hotels and B&Bs?

Yes. We work with boutique hotels, B&Bs, guest houses and other small hospitality businesses requiring professional bed linen and towel laundering without operating an in-house commercial laundry.
Is there a minimum order, or a contract?

No — there's no minimum order and no contract. Take the service for a single property or a whole portfolio, for as long as you need it.
Do I need to provide my own linen, or can you supply it?

Either — you can send us your own stock to launder, or hire bed linen and towel sets from us for a fixed fee per set, with laundering included.
What areas do you cover?

We currently collect and deliver across Witney, Oxford, Burford, Woodstock, Chipping Norton, Charlbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Northleach and the surrounding Oxfordshire and Cotswolds villages. See our full Areas We Cover page.
What if a guest damages the linen?

If it is hired linen, we will replace. If it is your own linen, we will let you know to purchase additional linen,
Can you handle a portfolio of several properties?

Yes — we work with individual hosts as well as letting agents and property managers running multiple properties, with billing and scheduling arranged to suit a portfolio rather than a single address.
